us to control and measure the quality of our service we have made a commitment to ISO9001/2000
Quality Certification with Benchmark Certification who specialise in Accreditation of Day Surgery facilities, Hospitals
and General Practitioners in Australia.
To assist us in monitoring our performance we have also enrolled on the Benchmark Performance Indicator Program which enables us to collect and collate data for comparison with other Day Surgeries.
