The nursing staff provide a complete continuity of care for our ENT patients which is unique to our practice. This is because they all work in the Consulting Rooms as well as the Day Surgery. They look after these patients firstly during their initial consultation with the Surgeon, secondly when they book into the Day Surgery, thirdly when the patient has his operation, and fourthly when the patient comes back for their pos-operative visit. This familiar friendly atmosphere helps patients feel more at home and comfortable, and makes finding the facility a one time event only.
Our patient Satisfaction Surveys show that we do receive 99% satisfaction regarding our level of communication, information received and understood, patient care, efficiency and professionalism.
