As part of our commitment to provide quality health care, Pittwater Day Surgery welcomes all compliments, suggestions and complaints. Some of our patients have participated in a Consumer group and we value their feedback as it provides insights that help us to review our procedures and develop documentation and initiatives.

If you are not happy with your care or the service provided, please let us know so that we may address your concerns. Complaints may be directed to the DON or the Quality Manager.

‘’Yesterday I had the need to utilise your services and in over twenty years involvement with medical facilities as a paramedic and more recently as a patient, I don’t think I have come across a better facility.

Your team behaved with the utmost competence and all managed to successfully be friendly and warm while also maintaining professionalism. It’s not an easy task sometimes. Not only were they wonderful and caring to me and my wife, but I had the opportunity to listen to some of the interactions with other patients, one of whom was not having the best of days. The way your team interacted with her and her daughter reflects brilliantly on your organisation.
