Dr Amit Sequeira is a Specialist Pain Medicine Physician with extensive experience in anaesthesia and pain management across Australia and internationally.
After developing an interest in pain management through regional nerve blocks and post-operative pain relief, Dr Sequeira completed further specialist training in pain medicine. Since moving to Sydney in 2023, he has trained at Royal North Shore Hospital and St Vincent’s Hospital and obtained Fellowship in Pain Medicine through the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.
Dr Sequeira is also formally endorsed in interventional pain procedures and is experienced in ultrasound- and fluoroscopy-guided treatments. His areas of interest include spinal pain, shoulder and knee pain, neuropathic pain and cancer pain.
His approach focuses on providing personalised, multidisciplinary care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
